Refund policy

All of our products are marked as "Final Sale," indicating that these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for final sale items. There may be exceptions for lost or broken items. If your decant arrives broken or significantly leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit (and has not been marked as "Delivered"), please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or store credit.
